Our 2023 April release includes a 48 piece box filled with another Bolivian origin in the high elevation municipality of Alto Beni. On the initial melt, there is a deep, fudgy chocolate base with roasted nut notes, and on the finish, there are subtle notes of dark cherry and spices with unusually low acidity or astringency for a 70% dark chocolate.
