The house has a room for the bride to get dressed in as well as a kitchen available for your caterer. It accommodates up to 200 guests with plenty of parking for everyone.   Monday thru Sunday • Full Day Rate (2pm-10pm) Under 50 People $4000.00 50-99 People $5000.00 100-149 People $6000.00 150-200 People $7000.00 Parties in excess of 200 will be charged at $20.00 per person in addition to fixed rate Early Evening Rate (4:30-7:30pm) Morning Under 50 (10am-2pm) $2000.00 Sunset Under 50 (4:30pm-7:30pm) $2000.00 The total time allowed for set-up, ceremony and break down is within this three hour time slot.
