We take the time on each bag to make sure it is thoroughly and uniformly flavored, so each cup is consistent and enjoyable to drink. Not only does the handcrafting the coffee improve the taste of the flavor coffee, we are also able to use the coffee that was roasted that day. Flavored coffees are not sitting around aging, rather they are roasting and hand flavored before they ship out. It does take a little more time to do it this way, but result is worth it.  Slow Roasting Since 2004, we have been slow roasting the coffee at higher temperatures for a much longer duration.
