Raw Sea Moss, wildcrafted and sun-dried in Saint Lucia.1.5 oz of dry sea moss per each pack, a total of 3 oz: enough to make up to 72 oz of high-potency sea moss gel. Instructions: soak raw sea moss in lukewarm water for at least 12 hrs. Rinse thoroughly. Put rinsed sea moss in blender. Add water to achieve desired consistency. Store in refrigerator in air-tight container for up to 4 weeks, or freeze in ice cube trays for up to 6 months.
