Welcome to KundaDance® Training with Suzy Cashman! This training session is your gateway to becoming a certified KundaDance® Level I Instructor. Under the guidance of your Master Teacher,  Suzy Cashman, you’ll learn how to lead powerful, transformative KundaDance® classes, both online and in person. Suzy Cashman is a Kundalini Yoga and KundaDance® teacher, Intuitive Coach, Transformational Tarot Practitioner, and Sound Therapist dedicated to helping others align mind, body, and soul to live joyful, balanced lives. After a successful career in media, advertising, and entrepreneurship, Suzy transitioned to a holistic path, founding SynergyBySuzy to support others in their personal growth and healing. Trained by Maya Fiennes, Suzy combines Kundalini Yoga and KundaDance®, a dynamic blend of yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, to help students achieve emotional and physical harmony. She is currently studying with the British Academy of Sound Therapy to incorporate sound healing into her transform
