It’s an ancient variety grown world wide and does well in all parts of the U.S. It has blue/gray to pinkish/gray grapes that have a rich fruity flavor with characters of grapefruit. Grapes can vary in color from year to year, from gray/blue to brown/pink. It produce a clear golden dry wine of excellent quality. It is an early ripening clone, ripening in September to October.
