Pseudosasa Japonica Japanese Arrow Bamboo   The Japanese Arrow is perhaps the most widely planted bamboo in the U.S.  Although it is a running type of bamboo, it is generally less invasive than most. In its native range of Japan and South Korea, it is most likely to grow as an under story plant.  Pseudosasa japonica leaves are almost 12″ long.
