Grenada Gold Nutmeg

This nutmeg comes from a small family farm in the hills, run for generations by the Ramdhanny family. Each jar holds 6-8 whole nutmegs. Grate with a microplane or grind in a spice grinder to add to cocoa, baked goods, cocktails and countless other things.  Nutmeg adds an intoxicating fragrance and complexity to whatever you add it too.   I love being introduced to new spices and I love introducing others to new spices.  I think this makes a wonderful gift.  Pair with the Royal Cinnamon and Smoked Cardamom for a beautiful gift set.
