Cupcake Vineyards' Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the sun-drenched vineyards of California where warm days slowly ripen our grapes to ensure a bold, savory wine. With Mediterranean like climates, and sunny days leading to cool nights the grapes are allowed to mature for a longer period of time and yields a crop that is able to reach optimal ripeness.During fermentation, the skins soak to give the wine its silky tannins and rich color. Afterwards, the wine aged in oak for almost a year for heightened richness and complexity. Affordable and full of rich dark fruit flavors, this wine pairs well with a multitude of dishes from entrees to dessert.Notes: Dry, full-bodied.
