The MCCI® Model 4931 is a comprehensive Maple Sugarbush Monitoring System that measures environmental and tree-related parameters. It stores data on an SD card and utilizes LoRaWAN® technology to transmit data for dash-board visualization. The Model 4931 measures various parameters, including: Soil Temperature and Moisture, Tree Temperature and Pressure, Maple Sap Flow, Rain Flow, Ambient Temperature, Relative Humidity and Barometric Pressure. These measurements are transmitted over the customer's choice of LoRaWAN technology (1.0.2 or 1.0.3) networks, whether commercial, community-based, or private. Additionally, all data is stored on an SD card, ensuring access to historical records even when the device is out of network coverage.
