McFadden Farm Organic French Tarragon is a bit tricky to grow. It can only be propagated by cuttings or crown division, (at least that's the only way we've been able to do it.), and it is very picky about what soils it will grow in. But over the years we've been able to maintain and increase our acreage of this wonder herb. Its licorice flavor is excellent with fish and poultry and adds a wonderful flavor to olive oil in salad dressings, or vinegar. Tired of Hollandaise sauce?
