Only use this to purchase a cap, visor, or beanie that you have already spoken with us about.  This is special order only for our existing customers. Please add to the notes section the cap color and patch requested. ***Do not request custom orders for products that are not in the cap/visor/beanie line, for example added brands, logos or custom patches.*
