Koa Turtle in Maple Blank

This is our first, of hopefully many, experiments with using premium wood in our reintroduction of Laserlinez blanks. It features a turtle cut from beautiful Hawaiian Koa that's inset into a hard maple barrel.  For anyone new to laser cut inlay blanks, this is probably one of the easiest we have. We dry fit all the parts here in house to test fitment before shipping, but it's possible they come apart in shipping. Please see below for the steps to assembly:   Insert your 27/64 tube into the maple blank. Dry fit the Koa turtle. We try to test fit all these which means we've already broken the flippers to fit it in. If you do get a turtle with intact flippers, you'll want to break them by hand for easier fitment. Don't worry, you won't see the break lines when finished.  Remove the tube. Apply thin CA around the edges of the turtle inlay and over the breaks at the flippers. Make sure it's secure. Let the CA dry completely before moving on to next step. After CA is dry, it's time to glue
