Decaf Organic Fair Trade

This water-processed decaf is bold and rich with very little acidity.  Sweet notes of chocolate cookie pop at the beginning of the cup. Roasty hazelnut notes hit your palate in the middle of the cup and the finish is chocolatey sweet with a dark chocolate aftertaste. The green coffee is soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.
