Italian Roast

Our Italian roast is dark with a heavy body and no acidity. The sweet and spicy notes of this coffee are wonderfully balanced. It has notes of smoked hickory wood in the front of the cup, which then fades into spicy notes of ginger ale and black pepper. The finish is long and smooth with notes of dark chocolate and cola.  Roast Color: Dark Cupping Notes: Dark Chocolate, Smoked Hickory, Ginger Ale Story: This is our classic, darkest roast. This roast style, commonly found in Italy, is crafted to be intense, yet sweet, with a wonderful, heady aroma. This is a company favorite among our employees and customers alike.
