ProRack V1 - Oven Racking System

Modular, adjustable and flexible racking system for process ovens such as Cerakote and Powder Coat systems. Pictured is the setup for a 6' tall x 3' wide x 2' deep oven from Light Armor Ovens. Components: All made from 6061-T6 Aluminum in the USA. Hi-Temp Cerakote finish optional. Side Rails -16" long and designed to link together to form the vertical side rails Center bar - Available in 16" (shown), 12" and 6" length. Center bar connector - Used to link Center Bars together for wide ovens (shown) End Link - 8" long, adjustable slider allowing custom adjustment of width by 2" All mounting hardware included - 1/4-20 cap screws for assembly and self tapping screws for the rails to oven sides. 1/4"-20 tapped holes on the bottom of rail to accommodate fixture attachments (eye bolts seen in photo) - not provided In the configuration shown for a 36" wide oven I have used (2) Center Bars, (1) Center connector and (2) End Links per horizontal bar.
