Kailua Honey-Bourbon Barrel Honey 5 oz.

This very special honey was made in collaboration with Ko'olau Distillery in Kailua, Oahu. This honey is crafted in small batches by aging raw Hawaiian Honey in Bourbon barrels. The honey contains no alcohol; it gets its wonderful smoky bourbon-oak flavor from barrel. After we remove the honey, we return the barrels to Ko'olau Distillery where they produce a limited edition Honey Bourbon in the same barrels.  Add our Bourbon Barrel Honey to hot tea, coffee or drizzle on homemade hotcakes, biscuits, cornbread or pour over bread pudding or vanilla ice cream.
