Notte Dark Roast

  Roast Profile: Dark Flavor Notes: Apple Pie, Caramelized Marshmallow, Cocoa Process: Washed/Natural Regions: Brazil, Peru Elevation: 900 - 1800 MASL Variety: Various Specialty Arabica Varieties Notte—meaning “night” in Italian—is a blend with components from Brazil and Peru, designed for our customers who prefer a darker, more developed roast profile. This is a new challenge for us; roasting coffee on the darker side without losing all of its unique qualities isn’t easy, but we feel great about where we’ve landed.  Notte is perfect as a filter coffee or—if you’re looking for something a little more traditional than our La Famiglia—an espresso.   Roasting Schedule:  All coffee is roasted to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays
