Airmersus®Mattress is a non-powered self-adjusting immersion surface with optional alternating pressure (APM) therapy. Airmersus maximizes body weight distribution and minimizes tissue interface by automatically adjusting the internal air pressure in reaction to the patient body weight and movement. This self-adjusting air-foam mattress can provide high-specification performance, comfort, postural support, pressure relief, and fall prevention for extended periods. The foot section is uniquely designed and angled to float the heel for ergonomic offloading. Firm safety bolsters help promote safer transfers and can allow more excellent standing balance when standing up upon bed exit. The waterproof TPU coated 4-way stretch-knit fabric prevents friction and shear.
