Benchmark Scientific® MultiTherm™ Touch Vortex Mixer, H5100-HCT

Like the popular MultiTherm, the MultiTherm Touch offers a wide temperature range, supporting applications from DNA denaturation to maintaining samples at 4 °C at the end of a protocol. It features an expanded speed range up to 3,000 rpm, a full-color touch screen, enhanced programming flexibility, and an optional heated lid. All operating parameters are easily set and monitored on the large touch screen. Users can store up to 50 programs, each with up to 5 steps, and configure features such as adjustable ramp rates, interval and directional mixing, and preheating. A dedicated “short” button provides immediate mixing at maximum speed. Fifteen interchangeable blocks accommodate sample volumes from 0.2 ml to 50 ml, as well as various plate formats.
