This cake holds a special place in our hearts because it was the first flavor we ever developed. Lemony vanilla cream sits in between two layers of a soft, perfectly spiced, and carrot-y crust. While it is most popular around Easter, this cake is still perfect for any event year round. It also happens to be one of our favorites and if you love a good carrot cake, you will love this!   Cakes can be refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 1 month. All our desserts are produced on equipment that processes nuts, peanuts, coconut, and gluten free oats. *Actual decorations will vary.
