Annual Vegetable Capsicum annuum Chunky fruits up to 4 inches long. Full Sun. May be grown in a container. One 4 inch pot will contain 2 plants for best yield. Medium Heat. From Southern Exposure where we source these seeds: " Called poblanos when fresh, the classic choice for chiles rellenos. After ripening red and then dried, they are called anchos and are used in mole, adobo, and other sauces. " At Meeting House Farm we grow these peppers for our famous White Chicken Chili. We publish this recipe annually in our newsletter. Smokes, dries and freezes well. Our pepper plants are available in 4 inch pots. Each pot contains two plants which should be planted together.
