Eucalyptus
Description Eucalyptus trees, an evergreen, grow to be up to 100 feet tall with the Radiata species producing more oil than other types of Eucalyptus. Native to Australia, Eucalyptus has been used and is best known to help in respiratory health due to its high contents of eucalyptol. Topically it has a cooling effect when the weather is hot and a warming effect when it is cold. Diffuse to help aid feelings of easy breathing and a clean environment or use topically to help ease tension in muscles with an aroma promoting a stress free area.* Uses Add 5-10 drops in a diffuser for a crisp and medicinal type aroma Add 2-3 drops with carrier oil and rub on chest and back to help promote easy breathing Add to bath or shower for a clean bathing experience Topically: Dilute 1-3 drops and add to area of choice Aromatically: Diffuse 4-7 drops in diffuser Caution Keep out of reach of children.
