The hardened steel set is precision machined. The punches are designed to completely clear the die on a cut. The punches themselves have a 7-degree cutting angle. This creates a sheering action that reduces the cutting stresses and produces much cleaner cutouts. The metal hold down feature restricts any movement of your metal, by firmly holding it in place. The adjusting height knob is simple to open & close. It is designed not to get in the way when you are using the cutter. The measurements are laser engraved onto the disc cutter in both MM & IN.
