Tap the mold until all air bubbles are gone.Next place the silicone insert into the chocolate filled cavityPlace the top piece of the mold into the cavity, then place the mold upside down checking to ensure the chocolate is evenly distributed. If not, lightly use your fingers to apply pressure around the mold to help even out the chocolateAfter refrigerating, the chocolate will release right out of the mold with a shine and a perfect shape (make sure you are careful when removing the silicone film insert)Between applications or as needed wipe the mold with a paper towelClean mold with a damp cloth in warm water, then allow to dryMake sure you NEVER use type of soap or sponge for cleaningKeep your mold away from direct sunlight and NO NOT expose to temperatures above 122 degrees T
