The Melanin Luster Seal It, is a spray mist that creates a barrier to the area sprayed that prevents makeup from rubbing off.  The solution can be used on your face and body after your makeup is applied.  The Melanin Luster Seal It spray, keeps your makeup on longer, is water-resistant and prevents makeup from rubbing off on clothing.  Seal It spray must dry before putting on clothing to avoid make up transfer to your clothing.  Last 24 hours.  Can be removed with soap and water or face cleanser.
