This small lot of wine was carefully hand made from our family's estate vineyard. Harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness, this wine remained on its skins for five days. This extended skin contact adds to the richness and complexity of the wine, often leading to an orange hue. Fermented in neutral French Oak barrels with only 170 cases produced.
