The original painting was created in the artist's studio from a photo reference taken at sunset in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.  The weather in this region can be volatile in the summertime, changing quickly from one hour to the next.  It was the artist's wish to capture the ever-changing summer sky of her home.  Originally painted with water mixable oils, minimal solvents (better for our health and the environment!), on stretched canvas.   Please review your order (including ship dates) carefully prior to purchase.  This product is shipped from a third-party vendor, so orders cannot be changed after purchase.
