Part 2 - Walk in and Weave a Towel

Once you have taken my Walk in and Weave, you can continue your weaving journey in my Philadelphia, PA studio. You can simply walk in and weave a towel.  This class does not include instruction. You will weave a towel on one of my pre-warped looms. The towel will be hemmed and you leave with a beautiful towel.  As an artist who now weaves to sell, I started as a studio artist and shifted when my children were born. That shift took me to sewing, where I created home accessories as a side business.  Once my children began to leave the house, I went back to my love of weaving. I understand drafting, design, and color interaction. As I kept weaving, I also learned there are many different ways to do almost anything in weaving. I don't use a "rules" book, I teach by listening to my students, finding a way that works for them.
