La Finca

The origins of South American coffee transformed in the climate and land of Columbia. With rainfall, elevation, and rich volcanic soil, the climate was ripe to provide some fantastic coffee taste found in the heartland of Columbian.   Coffee plays such a vital role in Columbia's economy. Its production accounts for the income of ~25% of the Columbian population as a whole. Coffee has also had an impact on the war on drugs in Columbia with programs used to encourage farmers to plant beans to give lower-income families an honest and safe living.  Columbian coffee's growing locations make the coffee smoother, richer, and more well balanced. A coffee's location is key to its various notes. "La Finca", translated to "The Farm", has cupping notes of Milk Chocolate, Cashew, and Apple.
