Comfort Zone Worksheet
A comfort zone is a safe space that everyone has. While it may feel good to remain in familiar surroundings and routines, staying in your comfort zone may prevent you from experiencing new opportunities and increasing self-confidence. Clients can work towards stepping outside their comfort zones to become more adaptable and resilient. The Getting Outside Your Comfort Zone Worksheet features two circles: the inner circle where they write about what feels safe and familiar, and the outer circle where they list activities that challenge them. They will also find a table with a list of new skills or actions they can try. They are then encouraged to recall when they left their comfort zone, reflect on their feelings, and choose two actions from the outer circle to help them continue. Completing this worksheet can support kids and teens in building self-confidence and self-esteem. Adults can support them by encouraging daily use of this worksheet and engaging in weekly discussions. Additiona
