DBT RAVEN Worksheet
The DBT RAVEN skill is an interpersonal effectiveness skill that focuses on conflict resolution to help clients learn to negotiate and solve conflicts calmly. Conflicts are common in every relationship, and most conflicts can be settled by understanding and compromising. Learning how to compromise is an important life skill that can help individuals navigate relationships and build strong connections with others. The DBT RAVEN Worksheet includes two engaging worksheet activities for clients to reflect on a situation where they’ve used the RAVEN skills. It asks them to identify and elaborate on coping skills for relaxation and avoiding negative habits, and rate the effectiveness of these skills in helping them reach their goals. Through these worksheets, kids and teens develop empathy and patience, which helps them keep their emotions in check.
