Overview of the WineThe latest owner of Chateau Carbonneau is Wilfrid Franc de Ferrière and his wife Jacqui, they lived in New Zealand for 5-years before returning to reinvigorate the Chateau in the south-eastern part of Bordeaux.   Previously all of the wine on the vineyard had been flogged off to the dirty big French co-operatives but upon their return Wilfrid and Jacqui put an end to that.
