Not seen often as a center stone, this oval pink sapphire weighing 1.53 carats is set in 18 karat gold and held in place by 4 prongs. Adding to the unique aesthetic of this vintage piece are side by side bar set accents of 6 full cut round diamonds with a total weight of .56 carat and 12 baguette cut diamonds with a total weight of .40 carat.
