This medium roast Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is harvested at an elevation of 5200-6400 ft. When sipping, expect cupping notes of a bright, floral fragrance, clean citrus acidity, gentle berry or wine-like fruit notes, and a soft, smooth body, with hints of chocolate, nutty, or herbal undertones.
