Sapphire Compass Rose Necklace, other gems available

This beautiful compass style necklace is engraved with the 4 compass points, a gorgeous antique style compass rose, and is customizable on the back. The compass is such a beautiful symbol, reminding the wearer they will always find their way in life. This is not a working compass. Sapphires are the September birthstone, they symbolize sincerity and faithfulness, purity and wisdom. I hand fabricated this necklace, then had it cast into recycled sterling silver. I oxidized it, gave it a soft satin finish and set a sparkling blue sapphire in to the center. Also available in emerald, ruby and other gemstones.
