Honduras, San Vicente
Reminiscent of chocolate and hazelnut spread, this coffee is sweet, nutty, and indulgent. We sourced this coffee through our partnership with Beneficio San Vicente, a pioneering mill in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Founded in the 1950s and now led by Benjamin Paz, Benjamin follows his father’s philosophy of excellence and hard work, driving growth and innovation to his region by connecting farmers with long-term buyers. From communal lots to single farm lots, Beneficio San Vicente leaves no farmers behind, proving that their model of transparency and direct trade is unparalleled. Harvested cherries are de-pulped and fermented in open tanks for approximately 16 hours. They are then washed and dried either in traditional greenhouse structures for 1-2 weeks or in mechanical dryers. Suggested Retail: 12oz - $24.09 2lb - $54.89 5lb - $127.05
