2023 Furlani Altopiano Orange - Alto Adige, Italy (750ml)

Cantina Furlani is a project established by Matteo Furlani located in the alpine city of Trento. With a background in agronomy, Matteo prioritizes a biodynamic approach and works exclusively with grape varieties native to Trentino. This orange wine is 100% Muller-Thurgau that sees 25 days of skin maceration before aging on the lees in stainless steel. Delicately light-bodied with crushed white flowers and fine, fresh Alpine herbs on the nose. Enjoy with gnocchi alla cadorino (with smoked ricotta!) or grilled asparagus with miso butter.
