Founded in 1831, the Atxa distillery has been at the vanguard of distillation in Basque Country. Roman wormwood is selected for this dry vermouth, which is a less bitter variety, abundantly grown in Spain and bestows delicate flavors. This vermouth has an herbal flavor profile with a dried marjoram nose and a palate of subtle and enduring wormwood with a long bitter finish. This Vermouth is robust enough to drink on its own, and makes a great martini.
