From our friends at Acetaia Castelli, this is made from cooked grape must, 20% fig juice, and wine vinegar. It is sweet and the fig flavor is a delightful complement. This is excellent over a salad. For a wonderful appetizer or dessert that is not too sweet, try this with sliced figs and ricotta cheese. It is also delicious on top of gelato, chocolate cake, and other desserts.
