                            Our Filini handmade egg pasta, also commonly known as Tagliolini, is a versatile pasta shape, but narrower than Tagliatelle. Tagliare means to cut, and Tagliolini is cut smaller than its big brother, hence the name. Our Filini pasta is slowly air-dried by the traditional method and may be the best pasta you have ever tasted! Excellent with a variety of sauces, Filini really shines with simplicity. Try it with a fresh pomodoro sauce, a light primavera, or a mild seafood dish such a Tagliolini alle Vongole. Cook time 4-6 minutes. Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina and 32% Eggs
