Our Warehouse Sale Items can include any of the following situations: • Last season colors or styles in NEW condition • Returned items that are still in NEW condition • Items that did not pass our final inspection with minor defects but are still in good condition. • Each bag is unique so we will email you photos of the specific bag we will be sending you prior to shipment. • We will attempt to reach you by email a total of 3 times. If we don't hear for you, we will go ahead and ship out the item.  • To avoid further shipping delays, if there are no defects found and your item passes our standard quality check, we will ship out your item directly bypassing the email approval process. • Once the item is shipped, all sales are final. • 3 month warranty is included with your purchase Return Policy All sales are final
