The flavor is bright and tropical, and the flesh is smooth and tender. How To Eat: This is a soft, easy-to-open variety with minimal latex. Let it ripen until the outside has a good amount of give and gives off a fruity, floral scent. Once ripe, cut it open and enjoy the sunset-colored pods fresh or chilled. Store any extras in the fridge or freeze for later. First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
