The inside flesh is white. Atemoya is the result of a Geffner Atemoya and San Pablo Custard Apple cross-pollination. This can happen naturally when a Geffner Atemoya and San Pablo Custard Apple tree grow near each other. It is a rare member of the Anonna family. Flavor Profile: The flesh is smooth. The flavor is mildly sweet with a tiny hint of berry. Atemoya is typically more like a cherimoya in flavor and texture than a sugar apple. It has a mild sweetness. The texture is bouncy and chewy like the Geffner variety. How To Eat: Red Atemoya will arrive unripe. Please
