Each jumbo scrunchie was made with authentic vintage handwoven indigo cloth (Baule cloth) from the Ivory Coast, Africa. This is a woven cotton fabric similar to denim. Your purchase supports a black woman owned business even though the scrunchies are made here in Seattle, WA by artist Michaela Corning.  Jumbo scrunchies measure approx. 7-8" in diameter (outside edge to outside edge). The elastic measures approx. 7-8" fully extended. The size is great for many hair types and for a more volumizing look.
