The cuff size is - 5.75" Not sure your cuff size for your wrist? It is really easy to find out! Just take a piece of measuring tape or thread and measure around your wrist. Take the total number of inches minus 1 inch; equals your cuff size. You take away the inch, because a cuff usually has a 1 inch gap on your wrist to comfortably slide it off and on. Standard sizes are about 5 - 6.5 inches.
