Mala Pendant Light No. 7 in Copper - DISPLAY ONLY

A modern metal pendant light inspired by Brancusi and primitive design elements. The Mala Pendants have a sculptural quality created by the simple geometric shapes and solid spun metal shades. Hang them alone or in groups of different configurations for a statement center-piece. This Michele Varian pendant light is made by traditional artisans in Sarajevo which has had a metalworking craft tradition going back over four centuries when it was part of the ottoman empire. Sheets of copper are spun on a lathe and drawn up by hand around custom-made wooden and metal molds to make them perfectly spherical.
