Breathe Better Blend

Our Breathe Better herbal blend is intended for coughs and chest congestion. It is a cough expectorant. Not recommended for ages 3 and under or for pregnant or nursing mothers. This blend is made through a decoction on the stovetop, meaning that it is simmered in a pot of water on low covered for 20-30 minutes to fully pull out the constituents of the plant matter. We recommend pouring this blend through a reusable teabag that comes inside of the bag (we place our inside of a fine mesh sieve for extra filtering) because the mullein leaf and thyme have tiny particles to them that go through normal tea strainers. A French press would suffice as well!
