Ingredients: (all organic) Rose Petals, Linden Flowers, Hawthorn Flowers and Leaves and Berries, Hibiscus Flower, Seedless Rosehips, Lemon Balm, Motherwort Heart Healer was made with brokenheartedness in mind. With herbs like Motherwort, rose petals, hawthorn berries, leaves and flowers, I wanted to focus on not only your physical heart but your emotional heart as well. Lemon balm is added for extra calming nervine support, meaning that it helps our nervous systems. This blend is the most delicious blend I’ve created to date. It’s so enjoyable warm or cold but especially in these cold months, I suggest drinking it warm at night while you’re soaking in an epsom salt bath after the kids are asleep so you can feel the warm hug that this blend offers to your soul.
