While tapping into an old trauma I processed these moments creating both a release and a chance to heal and connect. Loneliness and lack of confidence. I search for protection and safety as I navigate the world as a highly sensitive person. My articles of clothing, my hair, my hands, all a shield to hide behind when I become overwhelmed.
